Cibo molto abbondante, tagliere al tartufo veramente buono, crostini ottimi e arrivati caldissimi, buonissimo il carpaccio che consiglio di prendere. Pici al ragù bianco buoni, mentre il mio primo solo tartufo non mi ha fatto impazzire, nella media. Ambiente molto curato. We came here twice during both our visits to Arezzo and the handmade fresh pasta is great! They also had a pappardelle with wild boar ragu a month ago which was really delicious. Returned for a second lunch at Teorema del Gusto and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. Their handmade pasta is melt in your mouth delicious! Service is prompt and very friendly.
