I placed an order with delivery in Serpukhov. The rolls are delicious, but then one of the rolls came across paper. Either they wiped their hands with a napkin or some packaging. Since the phone number is a general one in Moscow, I was sent to contact the group administrator in VKontakte. At first they didn’t answer, but then some lady, without greetings or addresses, sarcastically told me that she had sent the question to management. In general, the issues are not being resolved. No one returned the money for the damaged rolls or even apologized. Everyone has their faults, but to spit on clients so freely is nonsense.

Вчера заказали доставку на дом от Mokkano. Время доставки указали 45 минут, но привезли спустя 1 час 30 мин. горячие роллы были уже холодными. По качеству невкусные, больше заказывать точно не будем

Недавно попробовал доставку от Mokkano и остался очень доволен! Большой выбор блюд, всё свежее и вкусное. Оформление заказа и доставка прошли быстро и аккуратно. Курьер был вежлив и внимателен. Система лояльности и постоянные акции делают заказы ещё более выгодными.
