I love this place. The food is great. The staff is amazing. And the ambiance is adorable. The first time I went was for a girl’s night. I had the salmon dish which was great. Second time went I had some of the special which included beef tenderloin, zucchini, and potato side that was like Au gratin potatoes all in a delicious white sauce and some of the oven roasted 1/2 chicken. Also have had their crème brûlée cheesecake and key lime pie. Everything was SO delicious. Terracotta Wine Bistro has a well curated wine list with a range of prices and types. A large choice of half bottles too. The food is a mix of small plates and entrees. Yes you want to get the onion rings--the best I have ever had in the West. The bruschetta--a wide range of choices there with creative combinations. Impressive. We also enjoyed bowls of robust smoked salmon crowder. What we didn't enjoy was being treated in a third class manner. I get it. I'm older, from out of down, and made online reservations. But hey that's the same at places all across the country and never, when I have made 6 pm dinner reservations, have I then been put in the bar. I immediately questioned the seating and was brusquely told "we consider this part of the dining room." Right. Seating right at entrance, facing the bar, being waited on by the bartender ( who was solid BTW). Heads up to the owners. When you seat someone at the bar and they are served by the bartender, not a waiter/waitress, YOU ARE NOT IN DINING ROOM.  So disappointing. Local friends recommended this place, saying you will love the dining room. I'll have to tell them--hey that space is for you. Us old visitors are set at the front door so we can leave ASAP and never see the dining room.
