Order wrong ..asked for a double....a patty got "lost".... pre-formed patty that had "Zero" flavor. Bun stale, cheese cold, only thing that was tasty were the veggies from the self serve bin. Onion rings were ok. Soft drinks tasted like Clorox. Table was sticky. Staff was friendly. Slow (very) getting the order out. Even with only four people in ahead in line. Mark this one as a "not returning '. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Very slow service. There was no one at the mall in Harlingen yet it took 40 min to get my order. Only one worker DONT RECOMMEND Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited forever for a burger that was made incorrectly, with cheese completely cold, and the patty very raw. Not the Branding Iron it once was. Extremely disappointed.
