My visit here was very poor service and my food came out cold only good experience was the hostess here .. very poor service from the gentleman that served me .. he was more worried about walking around looking at girls

This is the second time I have ordered food through takeout at the Washington PA Texas roadhouse. Last time we ordered I ordered a New York strip steak, and I received a ribeye. This time I ordered a prime rib which really you cannot screw those up. But yet they found a way to do it. The cut of meat I had was dry and overcooked perhaps was meant to be served yesterday. It seems like this location does not care about the people who get their orders via take out, my experience inside the restaurant has been good, but if you're ordering takeout from this place don't bother because I will never order from them again. Honestly the prime rib tasted like pot roast and if I wanted pot roast I would go down in my basement and get a Stouffer's pot roast dinner out of the freezer. Update: Overnight I got incredibly sick rifting all night long on the food I ate. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1
