Very helpful and friendly staff at reception but everything else leaves a lot to be desired and is very run down And the rotten floor is a highlight like walking on a bed of water and well everything is very disappointing. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 2

Very mixed opinion, my brother had a terrible cold room with poor shower but my room 414 was modern with good heating and perfect shower. NYE food was great, breakfast OK but needs to be later on New Year's Day. Reception service was not welcoming, room keys failed twice and the staff varied from great to "can't be bothered".There is no consistency. We were there due to a Travel Zoo offer. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4
