The food was good, but they were very slow. I wouldn't consider it a fast food place we had to order online and went at least 20 minutes in the drive thru, and they asked us to park. We went to the store around the corner amen back and our food still wasn't done. Vegetarian options: Great vegan options. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2

We are actually a pick up vs drive thru window. If you have come and have not preordered we will happily take and make your order with a given stall and wait time based on the amount of orders ahead. There may be dozens of orders ahead which will result in higher than desired wait times. We make 100% of our meals fresh to order. No heating lamps or premade items. We stopped here for the first time to get a hot dog. It went way above our expectations. I wish I could give a 6 for service as it was outstanding. The dogs were hot and tasty. The chili was just the right kind of all meat and had just the right amount of spice. We had the french fries that had the best seasonings I have tasted on fries. Truly an awesome combination. My overall experience with that's my dog was very mid. I went to this place to see what the hype was all about, since it has a 5/5 stars on Yelp. As I was ordering my meal, they explained to me how they only offer dine in, but once I sit down that I could order my meal to go, which was a little confusing to me. I would have rather had an option to just take my order to-go rather than being forced to "dine-in", and then receive my order to-go. I feel like it takes away time from the customer who wants to place a to-go order, and it takes up a table from a customer who actually wants to dine in. I didn't mind, as I like to try new things, but the wait did not meet my expectations. I got a brisket dog, a Texacali dog, and the Mexicali fries. The Mexicali fries came with little to no pico and sour cream, the food tasted very salty, and I personally felt like the flavors did not combine well. Service overall was okay as the people who greeted me were nice, but with my 40 minute wait time (which they did warn me in advance), I asked for a water and it was never received.
