Very popular place in Copenhagen and also frequented by locals. Don't expect local cuisine: the recipes are international but the attention to detail and experimentation is noticeable. The appetizer based on mushrooms with cognac reduction and edible herbs was very good. Then a pork cutlet with various condiments, some dominated by combinations of flavors that are questionable to my taste and perhaps a little too strong, but certainly with character. The atmosphere is the real strong point of the restaurant: wood dominates in the furnishings. I recommend it if you have been to Copenhagen for the first time.
