Wow! I had seen Asian Fusion Food Trucks on TV. And when we came into Santa Fe, we saw this on the main drag. I said we should try this if we are in Santa Fe for lunch. And today we did. Nor were we the only ones there. It's a food truck. They have a few places to sit and eat. We got there just before the Noon hour, and were I think 3rd in line. When we left there were at least 10 people in line. I got the Bonsai asian tacos (with Bulgogi meat). OMG. It was an explosion in my mouth. Sriacha type sauce with ginger, asian coleslaw, guacamole, jicama, wow! All three were delicious! My wife opted for the Saints & Sinners Sandwich with fries. It was amazing. Daintily fried oysters with pickled ginger, smoked onions, with sriacha mayo. She loved it! I had a bite too! If you are in Santa Fe at lunch, wondering where to go. Go here. Being a visitor, I don't know whether they are open in the winter or not. But if they are open, this is a must eat place. I have never on yelp, seen a 5 star (after 25 reviews) place. Now I have, and I will not defile this place by giving less than 5 stars myself. Come, try, get hooked!
