I have just been asked to leave a review - I ordered three letterbox packs of brownies for family last Christmas, so didn’t see/taste them for myself. I was given a delivery date, though the order was delivered two days later. Granddaughter sent me a photo of a pack and said that they were delicious. I have just asked whether the other two packs were equally good and discovered that only *one* pack arrived. I guess there must have been a serious problem with the system. But I would not order brownies to be sent to anyone as a gift again; because I could not be sure whether they’d get what I paid for nor could I rely on their arriving on the promised date even when the PO wasn’t on strike :-(

Good Afternoon Pennie, I am very upset to hear that one of your historical orders didn't arrive! We use royal mail for all orders and over christmas there can be delays. Our policy for any lost order is to refund and replace and if we had known at the time. If you would like to email us with the order number or name for the missing parcel, we can trace with royal mail and I will also send a replacement out for you. Emily xx

The Brownie Box by Emily is my favourite local business. She is so creative with her flavours when making her brownies, cookies and cakes. Her prices are very reasonable as she put a lot of love & care into her business and it shows in her sweet treats.
