Good Afternoon Pennie, I am very upset to hear that one of your historical orders didn't arrive! We use royal mail for all orders and over christmas there can be delays. Our policy for any lost order is to refund and replace and if we had known at the time. If you would like to email us with the order number or name for the missing parcel, we can trace with royal mail and I will also send a replacement out for you. Emily xx
