A pearl in Antwerp. The starter was sublime: veal tongue with brain sauce. Don't be put off by the description. Unique dish. Chef Bert-Jan is a master of his profession. Main course was a delicious piece of the Hereford breed. Ideal for both business and private conversations. We enjoyed a delightful evening at the Butcher's Son, where both the food and service were of high quality. The ambiance was pleasing as well, and I would suggest opting for seating downstairs for the added experience of being near the kitchen. Do review the pricing beforehand; while not the most budget-friendly, the overall experience certainly justified the expense!
