See Downtown Fort Pierce by default, the guests' piece of advice is to visit this confectionary restaurant as well. Trying perfectly cooked lawar is a nice experience here. Order tasty cupcakes and good lemon pie.

I have taken a few weeks to be able to cool off and write this well deserved review in hopes of letting people know how business is conducted at this place and save a few souls from throwing their money away . My husband spent $500 dol on a cake that looked like a supermarket cake . I was present when he placed the order , phone was speaker phone . Stacy ( owner ) quoted a 3 tier cake, fondant with edible paper , silk orchids and topper . keep in mind , nothing signed , all spoken MISTAKE #1 ( what she said and what we received was totally different ) . We agreed the print out of the paper wasn’t going to be exact, the picture we sent was for reference only but to try to stay close to the print and keep the color palette. As a CAKE DESIGNER, we trusted her good judgment and taste MISTAKE #2 . We received a PLAIN butter cream cake , with only the bottom tier in fondant . No piping skills whatsoever , no decoration, no design , edible paper bubbled up , which was fixed by the lady attending the shop by pressing with her fingers . Cake was dry as if it has been baked and refrigerated days ahead of the pick up date . Stacy was UNPROFESSIONAL, got into a full on argument with me trying to excuse her lack of taste and mediocre job, telling me the tiny black topper was a courtesy !!! On a $500 dol cake ( she has toppers for sale on the shop for $7 dol and Walmart for $2) apparently a 500 dol cake didn’t deserve a topper to be included . Long story short , I went to Walmart and got a decent topper and edible pearls to try to fix the cake and hide the wood showing thru the frosting . Never again ! Overrated , dry cakes, with crisco tasting buttercream . PS. I paid fully for the cake ! Unfortunately didn’t have time to come up with a big enough cake for my event which was in a few hours I will Attach pictures of the sample cake we sent her and what we received . People Judge for yourselves .

Staci the owner/operator of The cake Lady Custom Cakes came highly recommended to my husband and I as a cake vendor from our wedding planner. She opened her shop early on a Sunday for a tasting and she had us at first bite! Her consultation process was very detailed but fun. I'd recommend her not only for event's but since she has a beautiful shop in an awesome location a spot to grab dessert after dinner downtown.
