My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and I absolutely loved it here. From the food to the amazing service, I couldn't be happier. Top notch service! The staff especially Kara was our waitress/server was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Kara was gracious and accommodating. We will definitely be returning. I have been to a couple capital grille around the US. I have to say Nick was one of the better servers we have had. He was friendly, respectful, and informative! It was absolutely packed but he still made sure to be attentive and did not rush us. Food was good like always but I think Nick made our experience even better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife wanted to go to The Capital Grille in Lombard Illinois about 4.5 miles from our home. Davis Jaye was our server and he provided excellent information throughout our meal My wife started with Espresso Martini with Tito!s stronger on alcohol and less strong on coffee but wife thoroughly enjoyed I had a bottle of Pellegrino which arrived with both lemon and lime slices The bread basket had onion rolls pumpernickel bread slices and matzoh for Passover I had the French Onion Soup my wife the lobster Mac and Cheese with an extra supplement of Lobster at a modest up charge win win for restaurant and ourselves He recommended the Lobster & Crab Cakes which was an excellent choice The creamed spinach which Davis subbed was excellent but a bit heavy on nutmeg.. I added butter from the table to mellow it out The Citrus Glazed Salmon an excellent choice by Davis over an alternative The wife’s Lobster Mac & Cheese with extra lobster had more lobster and cream than macaroni which she loved.. The theme tonight: Lobster We were delightfully full without room for coffee or dessert..
