Great experience. Family style restaurant. We ordered the cauliflower which was very suculant and flavorful. It had a sweet flavor that was just right. The calimari was also very good. It was moist and tender and juicy. A few pieces were a tad bit salty. The asparagus wrapped in bacon was delicious. It was very tender and flavorful. The paella was beautifully made. The presentation of the paella was really cool. It tasted okay. The muscles, clams we're good. The fried shrimp was delicious and juicy. The charizo was well done but a lot of flavor. The rice tasted well and had a little crunch. They do have vegan options. The vegetables plate was delicious and tastey. They said the steak was just okay and probably rated a 4. Love the decor and ambiance.

We're visiting ABQ from California for Balloon Fiesta.   We saw The Cellar on a YouTube video and it had such great reviews, we made this our double date dinner spot.   Honestly the food was just ok.  I was so disappointed in the patatas bravas.  We had this dish all over Barcelona and Lisbon and they were so creative with it.  Here, it was under cooked and barely seasoned. We also shared a bunch of other dishes. The stand out dish was the chicken croquetta.   Calamari was basic.  Tuna Wonton was ok.   Service was good.  Dinner for 4 including a bottle of wine and a few drinks was $88/couple.
