This was our first visit to the Cheesecake Factory. We've had lots of recommendations from family members. We had to go to Gainesville for a doctor appointment so we stopped in for an early dinner. Our server was a nice young man named Frank. He bent over backwards to make sure we had a great experience. I had the jambalaya pasta and my wife got the shepherds pie. It was more than excellent. We got the Coconut cream and Cinnabon cheesecake to take home. We were very impressed with both. We live in Ocala so it's a little bit of a drive for us but we decided this will be our special occasion restaurant. We've had nothing but problems with the restaurants here in Ocala. If you stop in try to get Frank to wait on you, you won't be disappointed.

Currently at the restaurant now. The only reason I'm even leaving a review like this because I feel like a policy like this is completely bogus. We come in and go to the hostess stand to check in for a table for 2. They tell us it's going to be 20 minutes for the wait. So my mom and I go to Whole Foods to return Amazon packages while we wait. We get the text that the table is ready so we finish what we are doing and walked over there. We get to the hostess stand and she's like "well we gave your table away because you have to be here within 5 minutes of us texting you" so I ask her why did no one tell us that when we walked in the first time to put our name down. She tells me "it's policy" Ok well if it is "policy" then you all need to have a sign put up to where patrons can see that! So we had to wait again for our table and because she was scared of my response she sent another hostess/person to seat us. Very lame. Not cool at all. I've been here multiple times and it's always something. Not sure if I will come back again HONESTLY. What I will say is Brandyn our server did a amazing job! He was super a awesome! Our appetizer came late and he was super honest and told us that cooks burnt the food so they had to remake. Drinks were good food tasted bland .

Food was not that good I got an appetizer and my daughter a meal hated the appetizer and bread so much I didn't get an entree . My family said it was my fault should've just gotten a cheesecake to go.
