Me and my girlfriend made a reservation and got our table. We had to wait 25 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted something to drink. When we finally got our food my burger was raw in the middle. I asked for medium rare and got a red paste on my plate. Very disappointed in the both times I have brought my family and friends. Great atmosphere but the service was slow, not everyone at the table got their food at the same which is ridiculous. My sons steak got to the table last and was over-salted. 20 mins from the first plate to the last plate in a party of 6. Our server was slow and wasn't around much when needed. Food taste good. My first experience at the cheesecake factory. Huge menu, 16 pages not counting the cheesecake. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
