I had a disappointing experience at Montien Mall restaurant. Despite a half-empty venue, the wait time was lengthy, and the waiter's poor English communication added to the frustration. Our party of 4 faced issues with drink orders, including a hot latte served with ice and flat soda water. The replacement for a Coke Zero was a local cola in a tin. Language barriers seemed evident, impacting service quality. The cold chicken and an attempt to serve an extra meal further soured the dining experience. While food presentation was commendable, I can't rate it as excellent due to these issues. On a positive note, the air conditioning in the main restaurant worked well, even if it was a tad too cold.
