Good ambience Super chef concept and awesome presentation. Can use some changes to menu to put more dinner entree and get rid of flat breads as that is very French or DC concept. Rest they have done good job. Keep it up the hard work.
Wow. One of the best gelatos I've ever had. Coconut and pistachio. Delicious and elegant desert. So good. We will be back.
We arrived at 8PM without a reservation and were lucky enough to get a table that was just clearing out. I got the Amulet cocktail and their fries (I eventually also got a hot chocolate - dark chocolate, frangelico, toasted marshmallow; my friend got some red wine & their chocolate platter. The Amulet was amazing - it tastes like a fresh strawberry! It's worth coming there just for that drink. The chocolate touille on top was firm enough that I could pick it up and dissolve it bit by bit on my tongue while drinking the drink. So. Good. The fries were amazing aromatic with garlic, parmesan, and rosemary - but not overwhelming, very balanced. The sauces that come with the fries are amazing. The chocolate chile one is my favorite, but the herb tomato one is really good as well. My hot cocoa was so perfect. It tasted just like melted dark chocolate but wasn't so rich as to be nauseating. The frangelico added a nice kick, and the homemade marshmallow melted right in. My friend let me taste some of her chocolates, and those also were really amazing. Definitely recommend cutting them and letting little bites dissolve on your tongue. I have 2 recommendations for this place: 1. They need a wine and chocolate pairing flight. Or, at the very least, a guide for which wines might pair nicely with some of their chocolates. 2. They should absolutely sell hot chocolate in to go cups this winter. It would be amazing to be doing my Christmas shopping and to be able to pop in for an amazing hot cocoa. I get that they won't be able to sell the boozy ones that way, but seriously, give me their hot chocolate over Starbucks any day. My friend and I literally asked how soon they would be taking Valentine's reservations, because we both know that's where we want to go. Also, this is the PERFECT girls night out spot. Chocolate, Booze, Amazing food... nothing better.
