Years ago when I was young and didn’t have an “ex” yet, I fell down and scraped my knee here. It was so severe I couldn’t focus on my bland Philly cheesesteak. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thanks for the review. This is a odd review though. I asked my co managers and none of us have been notified of any falls lately. Our Philly has Pepper Jack and Queso plus grilled veggies. I wish you would have talked to one of us when you were here. We could added something more to it just for you.

This is such a neat little place for families, but the service is a little lax. The ordering process is a little confusing. I heard several staff complaining about other workers and when I asked the bartender to fix the soda machine I just got an eye roll. She was fine fixing all the alcoholic drinks though so that was great. But the bar and that outside soda area was just unkempt and yucky. But the food is always great and the atmosphere is awesome I understand it's probably hard to run a place that big! Kid-friendliness: Fun, safe outdoor space for kids. We've been going to The Den for years and it's usually good. But there have been a few not so good visits. Today was one of those visits and might be our last. My wife ordered broccoli with her grilled chicken, but was brought green beans. She was halfway through with her meal before she got her broccoli. When she ordered, she was asked if she wanted gravy or Tex-Mex on her grilled chicken. Not actually an option on the menu. She chose Tex-Mex, but was not informed of the extra charge for it. We were charged extra for Ranch dressing with our fried mushrooms. The green beans were warm at best on my plate. Tried to eat my wife's green beans, but they were cold. I asked for hot sauce, but the server never brought it. We asked about the credit card fee and she didn't even know what that was. Our margaritas had the syrup all at the bottom. They weren't blended at all. We both enjoyed our chicken and fried mushrooms. That's about it. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I am printing this and going to ask management team what the deal is.. Sounds like they are not doin their job.. Highly embracing
