Very basic afternoon tea for the price. Cakes and sandwiches are mediocre. We requested a couple of extra sandwiches which took over half an hour to come and then they charged us £16 for them! Without telling us! Service is incredibly slow - I would avoid and go to a different afternoon tea! Would not return.

At first, I thought we were underdressed for afternoon tea. We came in soaking wet having walked a ways in the rain from Buckingham Palace. But the staff at Fleming’s and the Drawing Room never batted an eye. It’s a small tea room with a cozy, comfy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and warm and attentive. The afternoon tea service is delectable. I’m still dreaming about the sandwiches and scones. Expect to pay exactly what you think you’re going to pay when you walk in. But it’s worth it.
