We don't always get things right but as a small business in a struggling industry we would always prefer to rectify the problem than receive a poor rating. However, to do this the customer needs to make it known at the time that they're not happy. I table checked you on more than one occasion and nothing was said. I would have happily changed your meals or come to some agreement with you in order to make your visit more enjoyable. You don't say why the steak was 'not up to scratch' therefore how are we to improve things going forward? Please please talk to your server, help us to get it right and don't just leave having said nothing and post it online having not given us the opportunity to try and make amends.More
