Absolutely the best fish and chips I've ever eaten in my life. The Fish Project is situated inside a warehouse with a number of other vendors. There were many vendors to choose from with tempting, unique dishes, but we decided on The Fish Project because we were in the mood for something crispy and the fish were fresh and on display on ice. The Fish Project did not disappoint. The portions were large and delicious. I ordered the mix box, which came with 3 dip sauces, also delicious. My son had fish and chips, which came with 2 dip sauces. The only drawback was that they didn't offer drinks--you had to get them at another place inside the warehouse--but the food was so good, it was worth it.
