My wife brought home a baguette today, and we found out that it was old and stale. Based on how dry and crumbly it was, it must have been about 2 days old by the time it was sold. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. No self-respecting baker would do this. Bread needs to be fresh. If it doesn't sell the day it was baked, you donate it, recycle it, compost it, or maybe give it away or sell it for 1/2 price near the end of the day. You don't just pretend that it's still sellable and sell it to unsuspecting customers. If you don't understand this, you know nothing about bread and are a disgrace to the profession. Just go to the French Bakery in Redmond, because this one sucks. Eveything tastes stale and just weird. I really wish it was even half as good the one in Redmond! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
