Very hard to deal with this business when trying to order a cake. Process is over the phone and too much room for confusion. Cake itself was dry and not good. Upcharged for decorations without agreement and only one person can deal with credit card refunds so waiting 3 weeks for their vacation is stupid and unprofessional.

If you want an over the top amazing birthday cake for your loved one, then this is your place. It's hard for me to be 100% impressed when it comes to desserts but WOW, every single cake I've order from the French bread factory has been above par. Not only that but the owners and employees are the absolute sweetest people who go out of their way to make sure everything is done exactly how you want. I will continue to order cakes and other desserts for my loved ones from them.
