From the moment we pulled up until the time we left, we were greeted and warmly welcomed at every turn. The director of security of the hotel (Ali) was so kind and helpful, the manager of The French Room (Rodrigo) was attentive, and our server (Noah) gave us top notch care. The food and presentation were impressive, delectable and worth the indulgence. The atmosphere alone had us “oohing and ahhing”.
