Service is also not like 5 star how it looks when you enter the restaurant, I tried the Non-Veg Kebab Platter it was so so I had better tasting kebabs & I tried Laal Mass which gave a hole in my pocket.
The food is not doing justice to the price tag’s, not recommended.

The spread was not so huge as it is in most of the 5 star hotels but quality and taste was maintained.
Breakfast buffet had fruits,salads, one day poha and the other day upma, Kachori, Poori Bhaji, choice of
paratha, fresh fruits juices, flavoured and plain yogurt. I was happy to see yakult being the part of breakfast buffet. None of the hotels we were staying in our trip had yakult. I would say taste of food was good but missing in Rajasthani flavours. I guess food was prepared keeping in mind foreigners as well.
Dinner Buffet had Indian, Chinese, Italian and Continental cuisine. Basically 1 or 2 items from each cuisine. Chef and staff was very courteous, they asked us if we want anything special. They went ahead in service and customized their menu for us. They do have gluten free breads as well.
I am fond of desserts and that is the only thing which disappointed me. Taj is know for its amazing desserts but this time they didn't had much variety in desserts. Also they didn't had any frozen dessert in their menu. However we got one on our request.
I also noticed one thing that they served the same cup cakes which were in the menu in breakfast buffet. I noticed that the only difference was the icing, icing was missing in breakfast buffet and was present in dinner. Major turn off!
But the team really work hard to make their guests happy and we were really happy with our stay at the hotel and it's food... that's why a 4 star!
