If you’re looking to request grilled cheeserie food truck for your event, don’t waste your time. The only option is to fill out a form on their website. The events coordinator emailed me back, responding to my form stating they were available for the date we requested, then quit responding to my emails when I asked about moving forward. There is no option for a phone number to reach anyone. I tried calling the Grilled Cheeserie in hopes of reaching Dottie Beasley, the events coordinator. I was told I have to email her. Upon explaining I have emailed her 3 times in the past week and not received a response, I was told they would “tell her to get back to me.” No one bothered to ask my name or for my number. When I asked if they would like my information, they told me no, Dottie will see the email. Not sure how she will know who to contact without a name? I then asked for a manager in hope of getting the correct person who coordinates their food truck. I was placed on hold, then hung up on. Clearly Grilled Cheeserie does not want the business at our event. It would be much easier if they would communicate that versus making potential customers jump through hoops. Very disappointing experience trying to give a company business as I have always loved the food from their food truck. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
