Very slow from order to food being delivered (43mins). Food was good but the delay seemed unnecessary. Also, not very attentive keeping coffee cup filled. Overall, not a great experience.

I don’t normally write reviews but the service I received made me want to. My wife, my special needs son and I came in to Kozy a week or so ago. It wasn’t overly busy but there was only one waitress in there, Dawn. She greeted us right away and was on the ball from that point on. Now that’s not why I am writing, she was a good waitress and that should be acknowledged for sure but the way she treated my son was beyond outstanding. My son likes to touch people and talk to them for extended periods of time and can be quite annoying to some people. Dawn didn’t shy away from Stephen or act like he was a bother. She would high five him or laugh with him even when we could see how busy she was with other customers. We have went to several restaurants where our son was treated horribly and I want to thank The Kozy and Miss Dawn for being so kind and making my son feel welcome! We will be back for sure!
