Unfortunately SLOW and BAD customer service all around. Place was 1/4 full at most with weak and bland drinks to boot. Server took a round of overprices drinks and then never came back around. The kicker was when we were ready to leave we decided to just approach the bar and before we could even utter a word... the bartender aggresively interjects it was going to be a few minutes and we need to wait because they were slammed! HA! Slammed by what? The inability to perform their jobs in a timely and effective manner I suppose. At that point we told them we just wanted to leave and to do that we needed to pay. So they took a big sigh and wrangled up as much work ethic as their apathetic bodies could handle and served us the bill. Had high hopes for this placed based on others review/pictures, huge let down. Good luck if you decide to come here. Owner needs to fire that cranky loser bartender and server thats killing the vibe of this place. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fantastic drinks and food. Speakeasy-like atmosphere with many areas to enjoy company with some relative privacy. Tremendous cocktails. Highly recommended. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Charcuterie and Cheese Board

Ok so I hate being treated like cattle during tourist season. My husband and I went here and were overcharged $2 for my drink. It was $14 on the menu but the ticket said $16. When asking I was told the POS was just changed blah blah. No, the POS was changed to overcharge stupid tourist who do not pay attention. I still tipped over 20% but I will never be back and when anyone I know asks where is good to go in pagosa I will say “anything BUT the Neon Mallard” cause they are shady and overcharge tourists. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
