Incredibly good boutique hotel with the highest levels of service. Nice breakfast, lovely spa area, great views, 10 min walk to Sunnegga funicular or very quick and efficient electric taxi service. Absolutely worth every dollar!!!! My girlfriend and I booked for 1 night at the end of our ski trip to Zermatt and we had the most restful time. From the shuttle pickup and baggage assistance, to the hospitable staff, to the welcome drinks on the patio, the luxurious spa and pool, speedy room service, the comfortable beds, and the delicious restaurant.every moment was A+. We have both stayed at many luxury hotels in the US and internationally, and The Omnia ranks towards the top in terms of views and vibes. I especially love the size of the hotel; with only 20some rooms, every space (gym, restaurant, patio, spa / pool) was nearly empty and never too busy. Thank you so much to Marcel, Cedric, Anna, and the entire staff for making our stay so luxurious, fun, and memorable. We will be back!!!
