Hotel Grand Pacific is our go-to accommodation when we stay in Victoria. The rooms are clean and lovely (hint: request a view of the inner harbour if available). Check-in is a breeze. Fathom is beyond expectations for a hotel restaurant with wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. The service has always been fantastic and the staff always manage to be both professional and friendly. Special thanks to the front desk concierge Jose, who always makes us smile!
