I went here to celebrate my coworkers last day. I remember eating here years ago and I didn't care for it, but I'm glad I tried it again. I got the vegetarian pho and it was amazing!! The noodles definitely seemed like they were made in house and I loved all the vegetables in the pho (which I normally don't like). Everyone else at my table got the famous pho French dip which they all loved. I even got one to go for my boyfriend. And he loved it as well. The workers were all really nice, our server was nice but forgot a few things that we had to remind her about but it was no big deal. I also got the malasadas for desert. They were small but really good. Definitely would go back.
Reservation highly recommended!!  Just go to Opentable and book a time slot...you might not need it depending on the time frame but trust me, never hurts to have a reservation just in case.   French Dip Bahm Mi is a must!!  They are so so good and I don't even like Bahm Mi usually.  Pho was also good, the meat was delicious but I would like more bean sprouts and herbs in my pho.  Fried chicken was also refreshing with vinegar taste rather than greacy.  And to top it off, the earl grey malasadas....Where else have you seen earl grey malasadas?  Nowhere!   Although they seemed busy, the service was great.  They could use updates on the interiors....Those connected benches are not really working.  You take a lot of hits and bangs from other peeple.  Definitely coming back to try some more.
Yum yum yum! I'll be super honest, the times I've come here, it was for the dessert posted on IG and I've never been disappointed with this fixated decision making because it satisfies the cravings. I've had the LFC wings and it is delicious and a must-get especially for newcomers. I'm not well-versed in this cuisine so I won't even try to describe the herbs or flavor profiles but just know it's good and there is balance in what you eat. The pate was divine... I love toasty bread slathered in pate with a pickled onion of some sort on top... so so good and I restrained myself enough to take some home for dinner haha. We had the brisket sandwich dip with side of pho noodles. For some reason it seemed like the sandwich needed a touch of salt but it was delicious either way. Now for the main event... cookies and cream custard swirled with roasted strawberry sorbet with a waffle bowl little thin cookie bits on the top and crack sauce... I would have licked the plate if people weren't so close to us... so amazing and sweet, salty, tangy, crunchy, soft, ah the balance... the crack chocolate needs to be bottled. Even my chocolate loathing husband ate it and I had to fight him for the last bit of hardened chocolate... I was so happy to sit at the dessert counter and watch the masters at work as it only adds to the dessert experience. Will be back again!!! Even if you're full, don't be stupid or complain about being on a diet and get the dessert!
