I am a neighbor of this club. I have been living here for a short time and I go to all the cafes in search of my favorite one. This one is right in front of my house and it would be ideal that those who run this place take into account some considerations: 1. Very time that I have been there I have NEVER seen a responsible adult. They all seem to be teenagers .... so complaining about anything is difficult. I even imagine that they are underpaid, so I have decided to make this online report directly to those who have the management. 2. saturday morning. People go out for coffee, if yours is empty ...... SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT! 3. I waited more than 20 minutes for two coffees. There were only two tables atm, I wasn't in a hurry but it seemed excessive to wait for a couple of simple coffees. 4. The mocha is really bad. I'm a barista. And it is very obviusly that they dont know how to make it. I received a small cap with double choc powder..... not good. 5. Every time I went, the options for a morning snack were very few (as they don't have something basic like a croissant????) I look for experiences when I order a service. I pay for it without problems .... but here I felt the experience was bad whenever I tried to eat there. I come back for the view, the location and the chance to evaluate the sea before I dive in. If it wasn't for that. I would not come back. I hope the owners take my words as a neighbor into consideration. I like to support the local business but this one is impossible. Hire specialized people ! Your business will be more profitable and have a better reputation. If your coffee shop is empty on a Saturday morning in front of the beach, you have a big root problem. The competition on the corner is always full. Personally, I would love to go back but this is my 5th attempt and nothing ever changes. On the contrary, I leave more and more disappointed. Over 6 months ago, I witnessed a staff member swearing at a young couple. They warned my husband and I to stay away from Wamberal Ocean View Cafe due to poor customer service. I decided to go back to Wamberal Ocean View Cafe today for the first time in 6 months. The lady on the table in front of me sent back her fish and chips because the fish was extremely burnt. Wamberal Ocean View Cafe decided to serve me the same burnt fish and chips of which the lady sent back. I declined the burnt fish and chips and asked for a new meal. I was served my new meal with cold chips. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Wamberal Ocean View Cafe have lost another customer.
