I recently visited The Red Cuisine which serves authentic Sichuan cuisine. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The prices were very reasonable, and I felt that I got great value for my money. The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff (fluent in English!) who were happy to make recommendations and ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurant had welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. One dish I particularly enjoyed was the ChongQuing spicy beef, it was rich and flavourful with a perfect level of spiciness. The handmade dumplings were also noteworthy. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and affordable Sichuan cuisine.
