We had an early dinner at The Strand Cafe last June 12, since Eatigo offerred discount. It was just ok. We ordered the tofu sisig for appetizer, seafood marinara, and the strand pizza. Ambience is good. Food was pricey, good thing we had the 50% off. You will think that the Strand Pizza is their specialty since it carries the restos name but we were a bit disappointed. It's like your eating sweet tacos which is pretending to be a pizza. Seafood Marinara tastes ok. We had to put hot sauce for flavor. Nothing really special here.
