I usually love The Toff, but last night's experience was really disappointing. The man and woman behind the left bar seemed disinterested in serving, in particularly the man who stared at us with a salty look while we stood at the bar to order - I wasn’t even sure if he was bar staff initially due to his lack of willingness to serve Eventually I had to ask if I could order, and the response was a disgruntled nod as though we were hugely inconveniencing him. Thankfully, I only ordered a gin otherwise I'd be upset spending $24 on a cocktail for such poor service. It was possibly some of the worst service I've encountered in a long time. Hopefully it was just an off night but shouldn't excuse such lackluster service. On a positive note, the person who later checked my ticket was absolutely delightful. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
