According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good mixed grill, gammon and salmon here. A lot of visitors order delicious beer or good ale. Here you can drink good coffee. Visitors don't highly appreciate sundaes at this restaurant.
Tylers Rest is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate reasonable prices. Based on the guests' opinions, the decor can be described as dull. If you visit this place, have no doubt, you are to like the surrounding spectacular atmosphere. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

We were a group of 8 who wanted to order as 4 couples. Actually ordering was straight forward and we expected that the food might arrive at different times, what we didn't expect was that some of the food wouldn't arrive. 2 starters just didn't turn up and one main didn't come out. The young lady serving did her best but clearly there was a breakdown between the till and the kitchen. To be fair the manager refunded the missing food without issue but it did leave one of our party searching for the nearest fast food outlet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Cannot recommend this place I'm afraid. Have been here many times but tonight was particularly bad.I had booked a table for myself and my two adult daughters (although it wasn't particularly busy). The table they had reserved for us was a joke - we were barely able to squeeze between the tables and chairs there was so little room, truly laughable. We sat there initially but after 5 minutes moved ourselves to another table barely 5 paces away at which there was much more room. Why didn't they put us there in the first place?Ordered our food and as usual it took about 50 minutes to be served, even though it wasn't particularly busy - par for the course here I'm afraid. When the meals were served all three meals had something missing - no peas for me or my eldest daughter, no onion rings for my youngest daughter. We've had this happen before, it wasn't a first. I could have complained but by then I'd had enough.Food is always mediocre at best, but cheap. However, for the Tyler's Rest, cheap as it is, you get much less than you pay for.Last time for me, I won't be going back.
