Had an outstanding lunch here! Arrived around 11am and sat at the bar. My server, Travis, was very attentive and conversational, and I got my drink and food quite quickly! I ordered the chicken salad croissant with french onion soup as my side, and it was all very satisfying. The croissant was extremely buttery and soft, and the chicken salad was loaded with chunky chicken and tasted great! The French onion soup was textbook! Flavorful broth, very soft, thinly sliced onion, nice baguette and a nicely broiled cheesy top! Edit: Came back the next day for brunch and had a delicious plate of eggs Benedict w/ a side of breakfast potatoes. Would have been nice if the benny came with a side instead of having to pay 5 extra bucks for home fries, but at least they were excellent! Also, I think the benny could be improved with the more traditional Canadian bacon, but it’s obviously still good with regular bacon as well. The Vineyard Wine Company is an absolute charming restaurant. The ambiance is very welcoming to a variety of people. The food is an absolute delicacy, the staff, very friendly, cordial and professional. You must experience this wonderful restaurant; you will find yourself going back for more. Oh, I forgot to mention, as one of their many appetizers, they offer Fried Olives; yes, I have heard of and eaten Fried Pickles, but never Fried Olives. I love trying new things so I tried these. My tastebuds did a major happy dance! They very lightly bread Queen Olives and stuff them with Italian sausage. They serve the dish with whipped cream cheese and a mouthwatering creamy sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.
