Stopped in for lunch a few days ago, and had the best meal I’ve had in all of Nova Scotia. The service was fast, prices were good, and the Lobster Mac and Cheese was TO DIE FOR! Absolutely amazing dining experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Great friends were visiting us for the day. My husband and I decided to drive down and take them here for lunch; as my husband and I always enjoyed dining here when called “ Roadside Bar & Grill” together and with my family. We were all very satisfied and very full. They all ordered clams and fries and I ordered pan fried haddock, rice and vegetables. Delicious and service was excellent. Server was extremely attentive and friendly and had great knowledge of menu and available items on menu. View of the Bay from the restaurant windows, while dining, brings a great ambiance. The Wheelhouse is a hidden gem. It's almost impossible to find without using Google maps, but it's well worth the effort. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. B Dessert is not to be missed. If you order a brownie, be prepared to share it with a companion, it's both that big and that delicious.
