Love the Whiskey Jar! So many great choices for Whiskey, Bourbon, etc. and they have good food too. I had the pulled pork with collard and broccoli salad, liked it all. He had fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, cheesy hot broccoli. He didn't like the cheesy broccoli because there was too much cheese. Corn bread was good. We shared an apple pie old fashioned and a whiskey flight 'Elijah Craig, 4 Roses, Isaac Bowman'. I found a new one I liked, Isaacc Bowman was smooth & flavorful. We both thought the apple pie old fashioned was too sweet and the quicker flavor was too dilute. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sat down on a busy Saturday night. 15 min to get anyone to acknowledge us. Another 30 to get our drinks and food. We wanted another round but no one would take our order. Finally had to ask someone for the bill. Moved on up the street & enjoyed better service & good brews... Really good food in a fun atmosphere and great location on the pedestrian mall. Specializes in southern food and the portions are large. The biscuits and hush puppies were great and all of the food was very good. A decent sized menu so plenty of options for every palate. Parking: It's located on the pedestrian mall so you'll need to park at one of the parking garages nearby and walk.
