You can always enjoy tasty rolls at this bar. Try perfectly cooked Brezeln, biscuits and beignets. Most likely, you'll return to Thirst later to taste delicious lemonade.

they do have good drinks i will say but not always consistent. and beignets slap!!! but 50/50 chance they give you old ones-yuck! owners may be a little pretentious with requests as well..... and sometimes the workers-specifically at the downtown location are quite snooty and lazy at times-just dont care about bad food/beverages being sent out-yikes! also the two lane line-?!?!? makes me want to have road rage from people cutting!! does not work and makes the experience average drop significantly. I do love their diet coke though!!! so delicious!! i think they have a learning curve still. but keep trying!!! i also love the colors used-super fun and also great creative drink names. nice!!

Nothing sums up Utah like a good old soda shop. Thirst happens to be my favorite. This location can get pretty busy but they move fast. This is my favorite little pick me up treat every once and a while. A Diet Coke with raspberry purée and vanilla cream is my go to. They also have a small selection of snacks. They have pretzel cups, cookies, and beignets. They sometimes have maple beignets which are SO GOOD. They're always so nice and this is definitely the perfect little pick me up.

Food - 10/10 Service - 9.5/10 Ambience - 0/10 Food/drinks are always great!! Service is great until you accidentally walk inside the building to order not knowing it's not allowed and you're met with an employee who rolled his eyes at me and told me I need to get out and go in the drive thru line. (Quick hack: order from Postmates during rush hour if you don't wanna wait in a long line. They're allowed to go inside and pick up ur drink)
