Really tasty food, the portion between two of us and the price felt good value for what we ordered, service was very quick and friendly, do recommend :). If I could give Thornbury Tandoori 100 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. This place is simply on another level. I’ve been going every two weeks, and every single visit somehow manages to outdo the last. The food is consistently fresh, perfectly prepared, and genuinely out of this world. The Phall curry is my personal favourite—packed with incredible flavour and just the right level of heat for those who like a proper kick. Every dish I’ve tried has been nothing short of amazing. What truly makes Thornbury Tandoori special, though, is the people. The staff are without a doubt the friendliest, politest, and kindest people you could ever hope to meet. You are always greeted with a warm smile that makes you feel instantly welcome. Opal and Roman are some of the best men I’ve ever met—genuinely great people who clearly care about what they do. And Kirsty is hands down the best Welsh woman I have ever met—an absolute gem who adds so much warmth and charm to the place. All in all, Thornbury Tandoori is a true standout.
