Went in today and lined up with my 12 month old who is allergic to eggs for an apple fritter. Unfortunately the person in front of us bought the last one in display. I asked if they would be making more, and the girl "helping" us said "maybe." I then asked if she could confirm this, and we'd happily come back later. And she said, "I don't know if they'll be making more. Probably not because they need to focus on donuts." Hmmm so I repeated my request to please confirm and she finally said, "no, they will not be making more." Not once did she bother asking - or moving from her spot! It was incredibly rude and blatantly bitchy. Never going back. I guess they're just too good and successful to care about customer service.

On Instangram it looks so nice the food, I went yesterday and it didn’t look as good as in the photos; the place is gross even behind the counter is worst; minimum charge for debit or credit card $4, common on, it’s common to pay cashless everywhere

We are from out of town, and my other half is vegan, so we splurge when we come to Toronto.
I've been following Through Being Cool Vegan on Facebook for ages and we finally made it in on Friday. Definately worth it! We ordered six donuts to go and now we want more.
Great taste, price, and they are decent size. I personally fell in love with the raspberry filled. Will definately come back when we visit Toronto again!
