Went for happy hour. Oysters were good and also very small. Shrimp tempura was good but be aware it is thick breading and naturally greasy. Oyster shooters with vodka were heavy on sour mix and stingy on vodka (maybe 1/2 ounce-3/4 ounce). Clam chowder tasted solely of rosemary. Wine was mediocre. Like juice overall used in everything was old. (Bitter) — this ruined the aguachile cocktail and also oyster shooters. With so many choices in DT Seattle, we would not be back Overrated. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went for breakfast, was quiet with loads of available seating. Staff were super professional and polite. Breakfast menu was pretty extensive with lots of choice for everyone. French toast was incredible, too much to finish, but tasted great, with coffee being topped up over and over. Chilled vibe when I attended with some good service and great food, for breakfast at least definitely worth giving them a go, the dinner menu looks as tasty! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered room service from Tidal+ while staying at the Hyatt at Olive 8. The food is fine but nothing special. Our favorite is the brussel sprout dish, though the side potatoes are also tasty. There's an $8 delivery fee for room service, which was disappointing. Overall, the food is decent, if a bit expensive, but it's a fine choice if you're staying at the hotel.
