The staff is so busy talking to each other, they don’t care about customers. Got 3 steeped teas and all of them tasted so bad. When we asked them to replace and make a fresh pot, they had such a bad attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Save your appetite for somewhere else. I had a habanero chicken bowl, with browning old salad that tasted funny, old rice, and stale chicken. This place used to be better. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We frequent Tim Hortons on our travels when we don’t have time to stop at a real cafe. Tim Hortons food is inconsistent, often dry. I recently was served a mouldy bagel. Terrible. The coffee is hit or miss as well. And the service is rarely friendly. The workers are too busy to smile. My assumption is that the workers are overwhelmed, stressed, and can’t keep up with the rat race. I’m sure they deal with a lot of cranky customers too. My rating isn’t about the people that work there or any particular store. It’s about the entire company in general. It needs a tune up for sure. I do not recommend Tim Hortons to anyone, and neither does anyone else I know. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
