On the recommendation of our friends, we came to have lunch with our family and the family of friends, and it all started... Itarima caused the barmaid/waitress to behave inappropriately, but we did not report it, after all, we came to eat, not to look for friends. After ordering the food, she checked a few more times to make sure she understood what we ordered, even though it was written on a sheet with all the details. We ordered four soups, we got the first two after 40 minutes, and the other two after another 20 minutes with an apology that the cook did not believe that we ordered 4 soups, so she came to check again. We ordered 3 portions of burgers with garlic sauce for the children, only one of them was garlic, and the others with tomato sauces, but we didn't notice. We ordered four portions of steak, one was with carrot salad and the other was with beets, they brought both with carrots, we asked them to change it, they changed it without emotion, but they apologized. As soon as I started eating, I noticed a black greasy hair on the steak (as I later found out it was Genute's hair), we called the waitress and showed her the hair, which she couldn't see, but we pointed to it with a finger and convinced her that it was still there. She went to the kitchen and quickly admitted that Genute (the cook) was losing her hair. Then we will ask if we will be billed for that steak or a new one, then we will ask for the bill. While waiting for the bill, the icing on the cake, the waitress came out of the kitchen and shouted to the whole hall, "Genute, don't be mad", that's how we learned the chef's name, and our children heard all this. When we brought the bill, there was something that we didn't even take, but we ignored it and the waitress wished us a good evening and was glad that at least the children had a good meal, because me and my friends were left without lunch, and once again apologized for not being ready to receive customers, because they had a banquet.
