This is a great chill spot to go to before going out for the night for a nice pot of tea. You can pick the tea flavor you want via smelling the dry leaves from the pots, and they have plenty of space inside and outside to sit. The second time we came there was a huge rainstorm that cut the power of the street, and the employees were great about letting us stay until the rain and water levels subsided enough for us to walk to the street without us getting soaked.
A gorgeous and peaceful location with a tremendous selection of tea. On the afternoon I visited, outside of one persons ordering bulk tea to go, I was the only other person there and the only one sitting to have a pot. The other customer demanded so much attention it took a full 20 minutes for me to get my tea. This was also due to only one person working the counter. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my Darjeeling, which had a nice balance of malt and smoke. I also ate a nice chocolate chip scone. I'd go back in a heartbeat and hope that I wouldn't have to wait so long in the future.
I was looking for a cozy spot for a cup of tea while I read my book. Stumbled into Tomás & had an excellent experience. I don't speak (really any) Spanish, but the gentleman behind the counter was quick to help. He was so nice about the language barrier, and helped me find the perfect tea by using Google Translate. Even put me at ease by saying, "it helps me learn".   I took a seat on the comfy couch and promptly settled in. 10/10 do recommend.
