Order placed via the Deliveroo platform. 1h30 later, the restaurateur calls me to inform me of a "technical problem" and asks me to cancel my order. However, I cannot do this without permanently losing my money. He thus contacts Deliveroo and cancels my order. When he is reminded, I ask him at least for a commercial gesture or to contact another Tonton Chami (MOLENBEEK or other) in order to deliver the meal that I have been waiting for for a while. He refuses, tells me that it is impossible and ends up hanging up on me. So I find myself without lunch, without money back (refund in a few days). I am strongly disappointed with the behavior of the restaurateur, strongly disappointed with the wait as well as the service offered today by Uncle Chami Anderlecht.
