You will be offered perfectly cooked Pepperoni and good cheese pizza. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. On the top of all that, the host is accommodating. Most visitors have noticed that the service is decent. Here you will pay moderate prices. Toppers Pizza hasn't achieved a high rating on Trip.

We ordered a bunch of take out pizzas for a party like we have in the past. The were dry, not cheesy and over baked. Really disappointed we spent so much money on them. Never again

First time trying Toppers Pizza. This Toppers location is the closest to my home in Burnsville. Long story, will try to make as short as possible. Online special was $9.99 for any pizza and $9.99 for any breadsticks... so should be $19.98 total not including sales tax. (We opted for carry-out. Not delivery). Going through the online menus it kept adding an additional dollar for the pizza and another dollar for the bread sticks. We couldn't make it work, but as the special was online only, we went along with it figuring we'd settle-up at the restaurant location when picking-up. That was not to be had. Having arrived at Toppers and explaining my case... I said I realize it's only $2 but the online special is not adding things up correctly. I was told by the restaurant staff that it's "normal for there to be an up charge of one dollar for bread sticks even on specials, and normal for your final bill to not tell you this specifically." Again I explained that we were charged an extra 2 dollars not 1. I showed the staff my electronic receipt that clearly stated I was supposed to be charged $9.99 per pizza, and yet the total was incorrectly added up to being 21.98 before tax. Nothing on my electric receipt was reflecting any "up charges." The staff then said something similar to this, "Yeah... we have that problem all the time. One day this lady got charged a lot more that 2 dollars. Just the way the system works. You can call corporate if you want but there is nothing we can do." I said... "My Electronic receipt shows what I 'should' be paying as a customer, and you could solve this problem very easily by simply pulling 2 dollars out of the till and passing them to me." I was informed again that there is nothing they can do. Wow! After informing the staff this was my first and likely last time doing business with Toppers Pizza, she simply said, "I just work here." I've included a photo of my electronic receipt clearly showing what I should be paying vs what I'm being charged. Oh, as far as review of the pizza and breadsticks. Nothing special. Extremely doughy with very few toppings. Nuff said. Despite my silly $2.00 issue I would never recommend this place regardless. Just avoid.
