We stopped in for a pizza, and we're pleased with the large Canadian special for 15.99. The pizza was so good, and it was quick too. We are going to be ordering from here more often!!

45 min. before delivery they phone and say they don't deliver to my address although I never ordered from this location in the first place . So had to send someone to pick up order and then they keep the delivery fees we had paid for but never fulfilled ! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Another bad experience at Toppers king street, paid for a hot sauce swirl and did not get it, asked for one of the pizzas well done - not a chance this place has gone downhill hill in the last 6 months and I will never order there again. I called and was left on hold for 9 + minutes waiting for a supervisorI always left positive reviews but that’s over, love the form letter response they have resorted to when you leave a negative response on the email they send
